Membership
Membership is $150/month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime.
Yes. We intentionally cap membership to keep the bays available and the experience premiere. If we're at capacity, you'll be placed on the waitlist and notified when a spot opens.
Membership pauses are not currently self-service. Please contact the club if you need to discuss your membership status.
You can cancel your membership from your dashboard. Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Booking
Log in to your member dashboard, open the booking calendar, pick a date, choose an available room and time slot, and confirm. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately.
Standard practice sessions are 60 minutes. Ninety-minute sessions are reserved for active seasonal league participants.
Each member is limited to one booking per day to keep availability fair for everyone.
Members can cancel any time before their scheduled start time — there's no charge, and it frees the bay for someone else. Guest bookings follow the guest cancellation window (currently 2 hours before start). No-shows and cancellations at or after the start time are tracked.
Leagues
Leagues run on a seasonal schedule with weekly play through Trackman. When registration is open, you submit your player and team details, pay the seasonal fee through the website, and then Trackman handles weekly scoring and standings. Each season has one member rate and one non-member rate.
No. Active members receive the member rate, and everyone else receives the non-member rate. A Bucktown account and signed waiver are required before registration.
General
Yes. Guest room rentals are available at an hourly rate. Create a guest account, sign the waiver, and book online. Membership is not required for guest bookings.
Golf instruction is provided through Chicago Golf Lessons. Use the Lessons link, create or log in to a Bucktown account, and sign the waiver; then you will continue automatically to chicagogolflessons.com.
Yes. We accommodate corporate outings, private parties, and group events. Visit our Events page to submit an inquiry.
Yes. All members and guests must sign a waiver before their first booking. You'll be prompted during the registration process.
